WALK UCSB is a FREE program designed to improve the general health of the faculty and staff of the University of California, Santa Barbara through daily movement.
The Recreation Department and the Department Business Services will provide you with a pedometer, access to a web-based activity tracker, walking routes, email notices, contests, prizes, events, resources and more!
WALK UCSB is currently in its 3rd year and we are making some changes. We will still be offering pedometers for those who join our program, but our incentive program has changed.
We still encourage all of you to track your steps using our website, but we are now looking to reward you for participating in campus, community, and charity events! Check back here shortly for a list of upcoming events you can participate in and earn prizes and recognition!
