POWER WALK UCSB is our newest program that provides resistance training and flexibility exercises to be incorporated within a regular walking program. As an upgrade to the WALK UCSB program, POWER WALK provides any staff or faculty member who signs up with a DVD and resistance band to begin learning and practicing strength training exercises while out on their walks! It's simple and easy and a great way to add some strength to your walking program!
POWER WALK will officially launch on November 6th 2008 at the Employee Wellness Fair. Come on by our table anytime that Thursday, sign up for this free program and receive a band and a DVD to get you started!
