Patrons who have reached a plateau, and would like to enhance performance.
How Often Should I work With A Personal Trainer?
The number of visits with a Personal Fitness Trainer will be based on your specific needs and goals, along with a trainer’s recommendation.
Patrons seeking an individualized exercise program may want to purchase 2-4 sessions.
Patrons who want to enhance their current workout or performance may want to purchase 1-2 sessions.
Those new to exercise may need to purchase additional sessions.
How Do I Sign Up?
1. Fill out the Registration Packet.
2. Call or e-mail to set up an appointment with a trainer.
3. Pay at the Rec Cen Cashier's Office.
4. Start on your path to a healthy new you.
