Whether you are about to take a test, give a presentation, or simply want to think faster and better than sedentary people, you can do wonders for your brain and body in this High-Low cardio class. Go air and landborne in this mid-to high-intensity, aerobic workout comprised of high-and low impact combinations. Get smart while you work your heart!

Come take advantage of one of Santa Barbara's premier movement specialists in this new, ultra cutting edge integrated strength class. Connect with yourself from the inside out. Dr. Michael has worked with the incapacitated, regular exercisers as well as top-level competitive athletes. His qualifications include chiropractic, yoga, acupuncture, sports training, martial arts, rehabilitation, peak performance, body rolling, mind/body modes and teacher training.

 

CARDIO DANCE

Challenge your cardiovascular endurance in a fun way while enhancing your memory, focus, and learning ability. The choreography encompasses a variety of dance styles that beginners can enjoy and trained dancers can perform with style. Why step-touch when you can snippy-snap-step-touch-turn?!

 

CORE

Not only do you get full body strength training, but also you get an extra focus on core musculature and trunk function in this class.

 

HARD CORE

Focus in on your core strength and stability. This class is total core work. Exercises, drills and balance drills to train your inner core. Don't be afraid to sweat!

 

KICKBOX CIRCUIT

Experience kickboxing drills and technique through this high energy and fun workout. You will circulate through a series of stations that cover cardio, core strength, technique practice and contact. For the experienced and new kickboxer.

 

KICKBOX KICKOFF

Learn martial arts and boxing punches and kicks in this cardio workout. Whether you are a new kickboxer or one who likes the pure simplicity of straightforward kicks and punches, this class will make you sweat.

 

KICKBOX KOMBOS

Develop speed, kicks, punches, reflexes, and endurance in this martial-arts inspired athletic cardio workout that puts a few moves together. Bring out the aggressive (yet safe) side of you while pushing your limits and burning some calories.

 

PILATES

Pilates is a form of body conditioning movements that strengthen and stretch muscles to promote complete conditioning. Emphasis is on concentration, smooth controlled movements, correct body alignment, and proper breathing. Through Pilates you'll work on the deep muscles of the abdomen, lower back and buttocks allowing the rest of your body to move safely and efficiently in athletic endeavors, dance and daily life.

PUMP

Forget wimpy toning; also forget just pushing weight! Train for strength results with an emphasis on good form and functional, qualitative movements! You'll primarily use free weights and gravity as resistance with some stability balls and bands thrown in.

 

STEP BASICS

A FREE class for new steppers and steppers who love simplicity. Get a cardio workout while following accessible, basic moves and patterns.

 

STEP ACTION

Looking for easy-follow step workouts, yet wanting to avoid boredom? Step Action guarantees accessible, low complexity step patterns, sometimes with one step each, sometimes using two. Think of the class as a cross between Beginning, Intermediate and Dual Step.

 

STEP INTERVAL

If you like to pack in a time-efficient cardio and strength workout over lunch, then get ready to step, then work the free weights in timed intervals. The step patterns will be simple; the weight training bouts will focus on upper body muscular endurance.

 

STEP II

For those who have mastered basic steps and patterns, this class offers straightforward step combinations designed to get your heart rate in its target range.

 

STEP II/III

For experienced steppers who want to pursue more complex, intense and creative cardio step. Whether you are the elite of the elite steppers or a solid stepper who likes a bit more challenge, this class will meet your needs.

 

YOGA STRETCH

Stretch yourself from head to toe; from spirit to mind to body. Get grounded, balanced, and centered via postures that unwind and de-stress you. Allow yourself to enjoy the ability to concentrate with gentle yoga poses that focus on breath as you move from standing to lying down.

 

ZENERGY FITNESS YOGA

If you're looking for increased strength, improved form, enhanced body awareness, and balance, give Yoga Zenergy a try. Lots of options and modifications provided for yoga practitioners. Move through a range of asanas (poses) to gain clarity while focusing on inner and outer strength. Yoga mats provided.

 

ZENERGY YOGA & PILATES

Prep for a revitalized weekend; rid yourself of the week's stress with this hybrid class. Enhance your body and mind through strengthening poses, balance moves, and deep core work. Focus is on fluidity, breathing, and self-challenge. Yoga mats provided.
