A water workout designed to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. This challenging class, set to music, is for participants of all fitness levels and swimming abilities. Join us in the pool and enjoy the many benefits the water environment offers.

Debbie Miles-Dutton, UCSB Aquatics Coordinator, is one of the foremost specialists in the field of water exercise. She conducts classes and workshops both nationally and internationally in addition to teaching at UCSB. Debbie is co-creator and instructor trainer for AQUAMOTION
